Cathy Mandrioli, Registered Yoga Teacher.  Cathy has practiced for 1
8+ years on
her own, but took her practice to a much deeper level when she began to practice
in a group setting.  The energy generated in a structured yoga class can be
incredibly invigorating and inspiring.  As she discovered the pleasures and
benefits of  a group practice, she became hooked and a regular at On The Mat
Power Yoga in Concord, MA.

Cathy completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Devashi: Steven Hartman
and Megha: Nancy Buttenheim at The Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA.
She also completed David Magones' Prana Vayu 200 hour Teacher Training.   
David was the 2006 winner of the Best of Boston Yoga Teacher Award.
Workshops and classes  include David Magone, Rolf Gates,  Brahmanand; Don
Stapleton and his wife Amba,  Rod Stryker, Todd Norian,  Deb Neubauer
, Noah
Levin ,and Sudha Corolyn Lundeen  Cathy has also assisted a program of study of
the Bhagavad Gita at Kripalu with Kripalu  Director of Teacher Training,
Devarshi /Steven Hartman and Satya Narayam of the Jiva Institute, India.  

Cathy especially enjoys sharing her love of yoga with new students, and those
using yoga as part of a whole body healing experience.  Based on her personal
experience of supplementing her treatment for a serious medical condition with
asanas, she is also committed to helping others evolve their practice of yoga to
take care of their bodies and their spirits.
Cathy is registered with the California Yoga Alliance and is currently pursuing
her 500 hour teacher training certificate..
