Yoga Basics I
The focus of this class is to build postures from the ground up. Suitable for novice through intermediate
students, the class explores all of the primary poses in a relaxed atmosphere.
Asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work), posture holdings, some flowing sequences and meditation are
incorporated into every class. There is something for everyone in this Basic Yoga Class.

Yoga Basics II
For continuing students looking to explore some more challenging postures. All of the basic principles will be
honored but we will set aside some time to explore and have some fun with the lessons and strength we have
acquired . Some sun salutes and longer holds of the posture. Beginning students are still welcome to attend, but
they may want to modify the postures at times! Please always practice mindfully!

Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa classes strive to integrate the movements between postures into flowing sequences coordinating
breath with movement. Transitions become postures as well! Classes are suitable for all levels. Students will
be presented with a variety of options relating to the depth of the pose. Step -by- step instruction will guide
practitioners through flowing asanas providing an invigorating workout. Lengthen and strengthen muscles and
then completely surrender to a guided meditation to relax and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
